How it works

1. Buy a top-up on our website and pay by card.

2. Enter the app account email in the order comments at checkout.

3. Money is added to the app wallet linked to that email.

Topping up for someone else

You can add money for children, family, or friends.
Just enter their registered app email address at checkout.

Important

• The email must be registered on the Venture Taxis app

• Money goes only to the email entered

• Double-check the email before paying

• Top-ups cannot be moved or refunded once added (unless required by law)

What can wallet money be used for?

• Paying for app bookings

• Rewards and promotions

When will it appear?

Usually shortly after payment. Please allow some processing time.
