Venture Taxis Ltd – Coupon & Discount Voucher Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: 26 June 2026

These Terms and Conditions apply to all promotional codes, coupons, vouchers, discounts and special offers ("Promotions") issued by Venture Taxis Ltd.

1. General

1.1. By redeeming a Promotion, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1.2. Venture Taxis Ltd reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any Promotion at any time without prior notice.
1.3. Promotions have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or refunds.

2. Eligibility

2.1. Promotions are available only to customers who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the relevant promotion.
2.2. Some Promotions may be limited to:

  • New customers only.

  • Existing customers only.

  • App bookings only.

  • Card payments only.

  • Selected postcodes, routes or services.

  • One redemption per customer, device, email address, payment card or household.

3. Redemption

3.1. Promotions must be applied before completing your booking.
3.2. Promotions cannot be applied retrospectively to completed or existing bookings.
3.3. Only one Promotion may be used per booking unless expressly stated otherwise.
3.4. Promotions cannot be combined with any other offer, discount or promotional campaign.

4. Payment

4.1. Unless otherwise stated, Promotions are valid only for bookings paid by card through the Venture Taxis App.
4.2. Discounts do not apply to cash bookings unless specifically advertised.

5. Expiry

5.1. All Promotions expire on the date stated within the offer.
5.2. Expired Promotions will not be honoured or extended.

6. Journey Eligibility

6.1. Promotions apply only to eligible journeys.
6.2. Additional charges including waiting time, extra stops, tolls, airport fees, parking charges or cleaning charges may not be discounted.
6.3. Minimum fare requirements may apply.

7. Cancellation

7.1. If a booking made using a Promotion is cancelled, the Promotion may be forfeited.
7.2. Venture Taxis Ltd is not obliged to reissue or replace any used or expired Promotion following cancellation.

8. Fraud & Misuse

8.1. Venture Taxis Ltd reserves the right to cancel any Promotion where fraud, misuse or abuse is suspected.
8.2. We may suspend or permanently block accounts found to:

  • Create multiple accounts to claim new customer offers.

  • Share or sell promotional codes.

  • Manipulate bookings to gain unfair discounts.

  • Use automated methods or unauthorised software to obtain Promotions.

9. Right to Refuse

9.1. Venture Taxis Ltd reserves the right to refuse any Promotion where:

  • The code is invalid.

  • The code has expired.

  • The booking does not meet the promotion criteria.

  • Technical errors occur.

  • Fraud or abuse is suspected.

10. Technical Errors

10.1. Venture Taxis Ltd accepts no responsibility for Promotions that cannot be redeemed due to technical issues, internet failures or system errors.
10.2. In the event of a pricing or promotional error, Venture Taxis Ltd reserves the right to cancel or amend the booking.

11. Liability

11.1. Venture Taxis Ltd's decision regarding the validity of any Promotion shall be final.
11.2. Nothing within these Terms affects your statutory rights.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Offer subject to availability. Valid on eligible Venture Taxis App bookings only. Card payment required unless otherwise stated. One voucher per customer and booking. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Exclusions and minimum fare may apply. Venture Taxis Ltd reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion at any time.
